1. Eligibility
To participate in the Solar with Chabak Referral Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate contact and payment information
Have a valid payment method (bank account, PayPal, etc.)
We reserve the right to deny or remove any participant at our discretion.
2. How it Works
You will receive a unique referral link after registering.
When someone signs up using your link and closes a solar contract, you become eligible for a referral reward.
You may not impersonate Solar with Chabak or make misleading claims.
3. Referral Reward
Standard reward: $1,000 USD per closed deal
A deal is considered closed when the referred client:
Signs an official agreement
Passes credit and site survey checks
Proceeds to installation or project activation
You will be notified when your referral is verified.
4. Payment Terms
- Rewards are paid within 30 days of deal verification
- Payouts are subject to fraud screening and any applicable taxes
- Solar with Chabak may request payment method details before issuing the reward
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may NOT:
Use spam, bots, or misleading content to drive referrals
Make false claims about services
Refer yourself using your own link
Use the referral program in a way that could damage our brand
Violations can result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
6. Program Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to:
Modify or end the program at any time
Update these terms without notice
By continuing to participate, you agree to any changes made.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Solar with Chabak will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages.
- You join the program at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the states of Florida and Massachusetts, USA.
